You can send a notification about legal violations in „VILVI Group” companies (AB Vilkyškių pienė, UAB „Kelmės pienas”, AB Kelmės pienė, AB „Modest”, AB „Pieno logistika”) that pose a threat to the public interest or violate it in the manner indicated below. IMPORTANT: According to the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania, a report is submitted in this way in order to protect the public interest, so this channel is not intended for submitting complaints, requests or reports in order to defend exclusive personal interests. Information provided to protect exclusively personal interests will not be considered a notification.
According to the Whistleblower Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, you can report on:
- danger to public safety or health, personal life or health;
environmental hazards; - obstructing or unlawfully influencing investigations conducted by law enforcement authorities or courts in the administration of justice;
- financing of illegal activities;
- illegal or non-transparent use of public funds or assets;
- illegally acquired property;
- concealing the consequences of the committed violation, preventing the determination of the extent of the consequences;
- violations specified in the list approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania, prepared taking into account the scope of application of the European Union legal acts specified in Directive (EU) 2019/1937;
- damage to the financial interests of the European Union, as referred to in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and described in more detail in the related European Union measures;
- an infringement related to the internal market as referred to in Article 26(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, including infringements of the European Union’s competition and state aid rules, as well as infringements related to the internal market due to actions that violate corporate tax rules or agreements aimed at to obtain a tax advantage detrimental to the object or purpose of the applicable corporate tax law;
- other violations in order to protect the public interest.
Who can submit a report:
- Current and former employees or persons related to „VILVI Group” companies through contractual relationships (consulting, contracting, internships, internships, volunteering, etc.) or other pre-contractual relationships.
- A person belonging to the administrative, management or supervisory body of „Vilvi Group”.
- Any natural person working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers is related to VILVI Group activities.
How to submit a report:
„VILVI Group” through the internal channel for providing information on violations – fill out the Notification of Violation form and send it by e-mail. by mail nareseju.apsauga@vilvi.eu.
If you do not have the opportunity to fill out the report in the prescribed form, you can write the report in a free form, indicating who, when, in what way and what kind of violation they intend to commit, are doing or have committed, etc.; the date and circumstances of becoming aware of the violation; your name, surname, personal identification number or date of birth, if you do not have a personal identification number, workplace, contact details for communication and it is mandatory to indicate that the report is submitted in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania.
The report is evaluated according to the description of the procedure for providing and examining VILVI Group information in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania approved by the VILVI Group group of companies. The evaluation of the information provided in the notification is carried out and the functions of the competent entity specified in the above-mentioned description are carried out by the AB Vilkyškių pieninė lawyer.
We ensure the confidentiality of the person and the information provided by him. The requirement to ensure confidentiality does not apply when: it is requested in writing by the person who provides or has provided information about the violation; the person provides known false information.

A person applies directly to the competent authority for a violation when there is at least one of the following circumstances:
- the violation is of fundamental importance to the public interest;
it is necessary to prevent or terminate the violation as soon as possible, as significant damage may occur; - managing persons associated with the institution in employment or contractual relations may themselves commit or have committed violations;
- a breach was reported through the internal breach reporting channel, but no response was received or no action was taken in response to the information provided, or the measures taken were ineffective;
- there is reason to believe that when information about a violation is provided through the internal channel for reporting violations, the confidentiality of the individual may not be ensured or an attempt will be made to conceal the reported violation;
- the institution does not have a functioning internal channel for reporting violations;
- the person cannot use the internal channel for providing information about violations, because he no longer has a work or other legal relationship with the institution.
Protection, promotion and assistance measures may be applied to whistleblowers in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. Submission of known false information does not provide a person with guarantees according to the Whistleblower Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania. A person who has provided false information is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
