CAGLIATA unripened cheese product with vegetable fat is marked by soft flavour and elastic structure. It is produced from high-quality cow milk using the very same traditional method as with the regular CAGLIATA, only replacing dairy fat with vegetable fat. Not intended for direct consumption.
